You can install the 8bitsChat bot from the Microsoft Teams App Store. Search for "8bitsChat" or "8bitsAgent", click Add, and the bot will be available in your Teams chat. Your admin may need to approve the app first.
Your organization's admin will provide you with a dashboard URL and login credentials. Sign in with your agent account to view and respond to customer conversations.
Yes. All agents can see all conversations and respond directly. The full conversation history is preserved so any team member can pick up where another left off.
