By accessing or using the 8bitsChat application (also referred to as "8bitsAgent", "the App", "the Service"), including the Microsoft Teams bot and web dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the 8bitsChat app.
8bitsChat is a customer messaging platform that operates as a bot within Microsoft Teams. The 8bitsChat app allows organizations to receive customer messages through Microsoft Teams and manage responses through a centralized web dashboard. Support agents use the 8bitsChat dashboard to view, respond to, and track customer conversations.
Access to the 8bitsChat dashboard requires authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 8bitsChat login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your 8bitsChat account.

All content, features, and functionality of the 8bitsChat app are owned by 8bitsChat Pty Ltd and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the 8bitsChat service without our prior written consent.
Your use of the 8bitsChat app is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using 8bitsChat, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.
We strive to maintain high availability of the 8bitsChat app but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The 8bitsChat service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 8bitsChat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the 8bitsChat app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the 8bitsChat service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the 8bitsChat app at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use 8bitsChat ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from the use of the 8bitsChat app shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
